Grace artistic practice centers on painting and drawing, with a focus on portraiture, the human face, and the construction of the self. Her work moves between realism and abstraction, using shifts in representation to examine how a person is perceived and understood over time. She is interested in how the self is formed, questioned, and continuously reshaped through visual variation, distortion, and repetition. Based at Mana Contemporary in Chicago, her work develops through both observational study and conceptual exploration.
Grace works across branding, editorial design, social media content, and visual identity systems. Her projects include typographic publications, packaging, digital campaigns, and client-based design work across a range of industries . She is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), as well as Figma and Rhino. Her work is defined by a clear and adaptable approach, translating concepts into functional visual systems.
